As many of you know and have utilised in the past, DP Loewy & Co Pty Ltd has over the past 6 years successfully operated a finance mortgage broking business, Creative Finance Institute Pty Ltd. We have been looking for the right strategic person to partner us with the continued expertise required in the business and are delighted to advise that we have secured our new Chief Executive Officer, Dean Perlman, to operate the business and our clients needs. The entity has been rebranded to, Charter Finance Institute Pty Ltd.

Dean brings to the business a wealth of knowledge and expertise having recently worked for Ashe Morgan Winthrop for seven years, where he specialised in structured debt for both investment and development properties. Dean is a solicitor by profession having been admitted to practice law in NSW in 2002 (previously practiced in South Africa). Dean also has a Masters in Property Development. This professional background and his commitment to excellence in service, makes us very excited to have him service our clients needs. He brings knowledge, resource, and extensive bank networking contacts for all your residential, industrial and commercial loan business requirements.
