Urgent Bulletin NSW LAND TAX RELIEF

The NSW government has granted land tax relief of up to 25 per of land tax 2020 debt.

To be eligible there must be a 25 per cent saving in rent equivalent passed on to the tenant in residential leases and 30 per cent in respect of commercial leases.

There will also be deferrals for any further amounts payable for land tax.
